    Install the chipset drivers for your laptop from the manufacturer's support page.
    0x8136: Realtek 10/100/1000 PCI-E NIC Family - again should be available in support page.

    The rest of the hardware id's are the same as first one, mistake you made?

    Check Laptop Model & find it from their own Website (ex: if HP Laptops find in HP.com) > go Support & Drivers > Enter laptop Model > Download LAN & Chip set driver.

    Use CMD: dxdiag to see your Laptop Version
