Windows 7: missing network adapters win 7 32bit

missing network adapters win 7 32bit

after i upgrade my win 7 home premium to win 7 ultimate i found something very bothering me because i cant connect to internet from my computer, but i do can connect to internet using my laptop because my modem is include with wireless internet, after doing some search on many thread in other forum i cant seem to find he solution, i tried to use run-->msinfo32. then i found component problem it said that
  1. Ethernet Controller PCI\VEN_1969&DEV_1083&SUBSYS_E0001458&REV_C0\4&174E9E02&0&00E4 The drivers for this device are not installed.
  2. PCI Simple Communications Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&SUBSYS_1C3A1458&REV_04\3&11583659&0&B0 The drivers for this device are not installed.
  3. SM Bus Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C22&SUBSYS_50011458&REV_05\3&11583659&0&FB The drivers for this device are not installed
myinternet and other suff work fine before upgrade

note: i format my local D: drive and my computer gave me noification that my hardisk may soon failing

pls help thanks:):) if you have the links for the driver i would be very grateful

Hi Welcome to Seven Forums .... Have a look under System Information there you should find your Motherboard Model ..

Then go to the Vendors Website and Download the Chipset Driver & the Driver for the Lan connection ...

If you are missing any Drivers after that Post back here ...

It would also be wise to run Windows Updates when you can ...
