Win8 laptop, win7 clean install, network card driver issue

    Hello !

First and foremost please be advised that I have done this before without issue.

    Toshiba Satellite laptop L855-S5383
    Realtek network card

As stated before, I have done this before. Though its a separate laptop, these two laptops are identicle 100%, I bought them both together at the same time off of tiger direct.

obviously I switched UEFI to CSM and disabled secure boot....the win7 installation is complete.

As I have had to do in the past, I need to install the network card driver, which I saved last time I did this, and it doesn't work. I went to the toshiba website, downloaded several drivers and none of them worked. I am stumped and usually dont have any issues with drivers, but have no clue why I cannot get anything to work. Toshiba is usually great with this, so im thinking it has to be on my end. Could it be that I have a faulty install? ...I don't see how as I already know its a driver issue.

To be as specific as possible it is :

    Realtek RTL8723AE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC

Thanks in advance for the time and help !
