    Keyboard and mouse dont work

I recently reinstalled windows 7 home premium 64bit on my computer and everything was going fine, but then my computer blue-screened. I restarted the computer and now my keyboard and mouse don't work on the login screen but they do work on the boot menu. I've tried putting it into safe mode and replugging in the keyboard and mouse but it doesn't work. The reason I'm putting this into drivers is because i think its a problem with the drivers of the keyboard and mouse.
