    Compaq Presario cq61

    Hello,
I have recently upgrade my OS from Vista to Windows 7 Ultimate by clean install method.
I think so far everything works except microphone which I solved by installing updates from windows update.
So my question is, Should I install some drivers or some updates from either compaq or hp sites or wherever also? Should I try to find drivers specefic for my computer or go with the drivers which came with windows 7?
My computer model is: Compaq Presario CQ61

    Thank you very much!!!
    :)

If HP/Compaq have the drivers for your PC, then yes.

I found drivers from compaq site:
Select software and drivers Compaq Presario CQ61-110SA Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

Should I install all of them?
When I tied to install update for chipset driver, System said that I have newer version of driver, should I overwrite it as, this one is given from compaq site for my model of PC?
    Thank you again.

Go to support.hp.com and enter the model # as listed on the bottom (presario cq61-1xxxx) of your laptop. If there is no windows 7 driver the vista driver will work. Chance are you'll have to go with a vista driver. You'll find it by expanding the network section
