Trying to find drivers for battery for laptop (Microsoft) screenshot.

I am trying to find drivers for the encircled three items , my laptop is not charging the battery at all , on occasion when i plug in the power plug it shows that it's charging and then shuts off after a few minutes with the battery showing a partial charge.

Drivers are showing they are from 2006

Tried a brand new power adapter and same things happening so it's not the power cord.

    Any ideas

This is the best way I've found to reset the battery. Credit to some unknown person.

    1. Disconnect AC
    2. Shutdown
    3. Remove battery
    4. Connect AC
    5. Startup
    6. At Device Manager / Batteries, uninstall all Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery listings.
    7. Shutdown
    8. Disconnect AC
    9. Insert battery
    10. Connect AC
    11. Startup

It also may help to recalibrate the battery. Go to advanced power options and set the battery to run as low as it allows without shutting down. Then run the battery down.
