Dwm.exe not functioning after driver update.

I recently received an update for my graphics card (Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 Ti) and since said update dwm.exe crashes on startup an displays the following message

    Problem signature:

Also Window Aero effects have stoped working and instead all windows are set to the basic theme even though in personalization settings it is set to an aero theme.

I have tried installing the previous version of the Graphics drive and no luck. Afterwards I tried reinstalling the most recent version and still no results. I have also tried running Microsoft Fix It and it said my graphics card is incompatible with aero. I know this is else wise not true because the graphics card worked with aero up until recently.

Can anyone give me a hand with this problem?
