Dwm.exe not functioning after driver update.

I recently received an update for my graphics card (Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 Ti) and since said update dwm.exe crashes on startup an displays the following message

Also Window Aero effects have stoped working and instead all windows are set to the basic theme even though in personalization settings it is set to an aero theme.

I have tried installing the previous version of the Graphics drive and no luck. Afterwards I tried reinstalling the most recent version and still no results. I have also tried running Microsoft Fix It and it said my graphics card is incompatible with aero. I know this is else wise not true because the graphics card worked with aero up until recently.

Can anyone give me a hand with this problem?

Windows Update no longer functioning properly
It fails to install updates and claims that updates have never been installed. When I search for updates, I receive 80080005. I attempted to install the latest SURT, twice, but it failed both times. I was considering going onto SFC scan step, but since SURT failed, I thought I should ask first.
