Black screen after Windows startup logo

A black screen keeps coming on after the windows startup logo. When I disable my IntelhHD graphic driver everything goes normal, but with it it won't let me use regular mode except safe mode.
It would be grateful if you guys could help me.

Sorry for the delay Maxie, I was really busy with some stuff.
The problem seems like I can't install 2 graphic drivers, but it is compatible laptop to install both.
I uninstalled all graphic drivers, and install intel HD graphic drivers from my official HP site by searching google(searched, hp pavilion dm4 1217tx drivers, and went to graphic drivers and installed the intel ones)
But I also tried to instal the AMD, which when i installed it did, but after restart, black screen came windows logo. The background is working, but is balck, I can hear the loggging in music but can't see a thing.

As you needed my specs, here you go:-

These are all I could find about Black Screen of Death, see if any of them helps.

(Try booting into Safe Mode when needed)
    - Boot with Last Known Good Configuration (F8 menu)
    - Restore to a prior date (System Restore) - System Restore
    - Scan for malware (Malwarebytes Anti-Malware free)
    - Try a clean startup Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
    - Check if explorer.exe is running and start from CTRL+ALT+DEL (task manager - new task)
    - Verify in registry: HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsot\Windows NT\Current Version\Winlogon to make sure 'shell = explorer.exe'
    - Follow SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
    - Try loading defaults in BIOS
    - Update all your drivers

Also try older drivers for your GPUs after new ones. Manufacturer sites should have newer drivers. But lets Maxie guide you in that field :)
