Would be helpful if we knew what Version you had already :)

I think 1.7 is latest, you can find all BIOS updates for your board here:

    Hey Dave,
Thanks for your prompt reply, I do appreciate the link and have looked at the different versions. I am currently running vs 1.0 and would like to update if possible without major issues. Does anyone know which version will run stable, I am running the Phenom x4 9500, 4GB Ram, and 2X Geforce 250 GTS SLI. I know this system is old but it still runs very well. I have some overclocking features that do not work for some reason and dont know if updating the bios will fix it or not.
Thanks again for any and all help with this matter.

    Hi Tom
Im not sure which version is stable im afraid. Personally i always update the BIOS only if absolutlely essential, as if done incorrectly can render your computer useless...bear that in mind and follow manufacturers instructions to update carefully. If you feel the need to update...then the latest version is the one i would go for...but I wouldnt like to say if it was stable or not.
    Cheers

    Hi Dave
Thanks again for your help with this, It is not an absolute must for me to update the bios since it is an has been working fine, There are just a few options that dont work so I thought by updating may fix those issues but I may be better off just to leave it as it is.

    Thanks again

Doing better than I am, I am unable to get a 64 bit windows 7 to even install on the exact same system you describe. (now with no video cards as trying to get SOMETHING to work)

are there bios settings that will bugger up a 64 bit operating system, or even jumpers?
