Need driver for HP 960c printer compatible with Win7pro 64bit

HP does not seem to have a 64 bit driver for the HP 960c printer (specifically, not the 960 cse or cxi)
HP Printer driver install wizard leads me all the way but eventually gives a message that it cannot find the correct driver. I have a New Dell Inspiron 5000 series with Windows 7Pro. This is the first software/driver I am trying to install and feel a bad omen Can anyone help please?

crookedbandit: thank you I have the original 960c install disk but it also is not compatible with 64bit - it is dated 2001! I wonder if your 932c disk is dated. It seems the printer may have been created before 64bit PCs? I am computer illiterate but I can usually follow directions. As the PC is brand new it seems to have up to date drivers, so this is a retro driver or non-existent. thanks for the help.

cyclops: many thanks - sadly all this just brings me back to the same message which seems to come from Windows and reads HP does not have a driver...? have they possibly just stopped supporting it?

Give me a few more minutes, I'm setting up a folder on Google Drive where you will download the only driver I could find that should work
