    Printer driver related question

One of our clients is going out of town and will be renting a printer. They will be out of town for a brief time period (a couple days). Consequently, to verify everything goes smoothly, they would like to install the appropriate driver(s) prior to going out of town/ before they arrive on location on multiple machines. What would be the best process for this since I can't test/ confirm the correct printer driver is installed or print a test page? Someone suggested a method I am not familiar with, but basically, I would click start> devices and printers> printer server properties> drivers. All of the machines have Windows 7 Professional installed on them. I believe it will be a Kyrocera FS-1370DN printer. FYI, I am a tier one tech.

How will it be connected? USB, wireless, ehternet cable? You could always remote in when they get there and configure it then. I normally use Teamviewer.
