Universal Serial bus controllers (yellow triangles)

The first one is: Intel(R) 8 Series USB Enhanced Host Controller #1 - 9C26
And the second one is: Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller
None of my USB ports work, these problems have to be relateable...

I know for sure you guys need more Info so what more do I need?

May or may not be related.

The first controller is your USB 2.0 controller uses Windows drivers that are part of Win 7 OS

Second is for your USB 3.0 controller. Win 7 does NOT include drivers for the USB 3 controller (win 8 and 10 do). You should find this driver on the Dell support site for driver downloads. Enter your service tag or you can have Dell find it for you.

If you need more help here you need to give us the specific model number of your Dell.
