IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD when installing Bluetooth drivers
Hello,
I just got a Bose Bluetooth speaker and when I try to install BT drivers for it I get an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD crash. Then, Windows reboots and posts an error window saying that 2 files can help describe the problem: a minidump and an xml file.
Here is the procedure that leads to the issue:
-> open the BT device window from BT tray icon -> add a device -> the Bose speaker is there as I made it detectable -> select and click <next> -> here, Windows Update searches and apparently finds 2 drivers -> the first one loads ok but during installation of the 2nd one, I get the BSOD.
Bose cannot seem to solve the problem, so my question is: from the minidump and/or the xml file, would anyone be able to understand the issue (and hopefully come up with a fix)?
Thanks in advance!
