Well, I read on another thread where a person downloaded some drivers from dell for the same issue, only when i was doing the install it didn't show my specific model, but i went ahead anyway, it worked! So, I am good (at least I hope so!) for now. Thank you for such a fast reply to my cry for help!! I really appreciate it!! If i have more trouble on this issue, I'll be back!!
