Your system specs show Win 10 64 bit. We have a separate forum for Windows 10. Windows 10 Forums

However, in most cases 32 bit drivers work in 64 bit OS systems without problems. Many of the device drivers I have are 32 bit and working without problems.

I suspect, if this is the Win 10 system you are referring to, that the driver is not Win 10 compatible. If this is the case, try installing the drive in a compatibility mode for the Operating System it was designed for. I had to do that with one device driver in Win 10.

I have a recording studio and many drivers are only 32 bit and they are working perfectly in Windows 7 64 bit and Windows 10 64 bit. They all installed without having to do anything extra.
