Did you run the upgrade advisor before you installed 10 ?

Are there W10 video drivers for your Acer ?

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Have you search the computer manufactures website for the drivers ?

You might use the link above my signature to Fill in your system spec's page
It can do it for you all you need to do is make Internet explorer your default browser temporarily.

Also add which security you use in there too.

hi ThrashZone and thank you for the welcome, its been a long time since i was last here.
i used the link and uploaded my specs and i did check the intel web site but boy is it confusing.everything went well with using the intel driver update utility until the installing the new drivers failed.

Hi and thanks you've been referring to your on board graphic's as a graphic's card.
Not exactly the same thing but
    Please use cpuid/ cpu-z,
    CPU-Z | Softwares | CPUID
Scroll down the links page just a bit and setup.exe english is on the left,
Open it and post a screen shot of the Main board page

Just my opinion but I doubt any 32 bit system is going to do well with Chrome
But the video issue might be another issue
    I'd run this
Download it to your desktop and right click it and run as admin..
Start the scanner and let it work,
