    Problem Connecting to Internet


    I m unable to install the Drivers for Internet connection.
    I have followed the steps from the previous thread ..
    I m attaching the dialog.txt please help me find the solution for this problem
    ..currently Im using Dell Vostro ,with Intel i5 Processor
    I had Ubunto installed with my new laptop.but i removed it and installed the windows 7 Ultimate.
    Not i m unable to connect to internet not wifi...
    I have tried to installl PROWinx64 but it gives me error.
    Please let me know the problem.thank u

    Hi welcome to the forum
    go to dell support site and enter your service tag and download the chipset drivers and network drivers. transfer them to the dell computer install the chipset drivers then the network drivers. show us a screen shot of device manager with network expanded.
