    No Video Controller?

I recently reinstalled Windows 7, but this has been a chronic problem since before my computer first crashed. I'm not sure if it's related to the crash or not, but I'd like to get some assistance with it.

As you can see in the first attachment, I'm apparently missing a "video controller." (I assume this would be a driver for my graphics card, or possibly my monitor?) For the most part, the missing video controller has had no effect on the viewing of online videos, except for when I try to watch them in full-screen, as shown in the second attachment– Then, horizontal lines dot the screen, and the frame-rate slows down dramatically, becoming choppy and unwatchable.

Is there anything I can do to correct this?

Go to Halfdone Development, download the unknown devices app, run it as admin and use the info to find out what that is.

Did you try the beta or an older release?

Try a different release. The new one worked fine for here, although drivers were not available.
