Installed IMEI (Intel Management Engine Interface) driver last?

Basically what the title says, I installed IMEI (Intel Management Engine Interface) driver AFTER installing Chipset, VGA, Audio, LAN, Wireless...etc drivers. Does that make a difference? Is there a possibility that because of this Windows will perform worse than if I had done otherwise? Does driver installation order matter at all? I really don't know... When I Googled it I found some people saying Chipset and IMEI should be installed first and other people saying that it really doesn't make a difference. I don't know which to trust... please help me out? :)

Also sorry for asking something so basic, just did a first Windows 7 clean install for the first time so I'm kind of a newbie
