Yellow Question mark next to all drivers?

I just got a thinkpad T420. Had to do the whole bootable usb/cd with windows 7 iso writtten on it. Since im not that good with computers it took a while to figure out i needed to do that to get my computer to work. Anyways now after ive been able to get on the homescreen i cant seem to connect to my wifi. So i go to device manager and all my drivers have yellow question marks. This is almost guaranteed the problem i believe. I tried finding what i needed off windows 7 download support or whatever and ive been transferring the drives via usb and still my laptop cant seem to find the .exe driver files.

The Point: Can somebody help me find what driver files i need for the network controller and all. Im going to provide some handy info below.

    Hi and welcome.

Go here and download and install the Chipset driver first, then search the site under Component for the others.

Does the Chipset require an Internet connection ? Because I would need to download it onto my home computer and then put the Chipset onto my USB to transfer over to my thinkpad which again doesn't have access to the internet

Unless you have the motherboard cd with all the drivers, then yes, you would need an internet connection.

You can download them on another PC and use a USB thumb drive to install.

After you get the chipset installed, you can install this to get your wireless working,

Laptops :: ThinkPad T Series laptops :: T420 Laptop (ThinkPad) - Lenovo Support (US)

It'll make things easier getting the rest downloaded.

Thank you so much for that link. I finally got the internet working and i think i can handle the rest here on out. Really though, I really really appreciate it. The driver reviver required an internet connection although so i had to download the intel LAN before that
