    The latest driver listed for your motherboard is for WindowsXP ... you can try installing it in Xp compatibility mode, but this driver is 5 years old...Good luck....

    Download it -=> here

    These are the requirements for running Aero... Your card does not meet them...

    • Windows 7 Home Premium, Windows 7 Professional, Windows 7 Ultimate, Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows Vista Business, Windows Vista Ultimate, Windows Vista Enterprise (Aero is not available in Windows Vista Home Basic nor Windows 7 Starter editions)
    • a 1 GHz 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
    • 1 GB of system memory (512MB sometimes works)
    • a DirectX 9 compatible graphics processor with a Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM) driver, Pixel shader 2.0 in hardware, and a minimum of 128 MB of Video RAM
    • 32 bits per pixel

    You only have 8mb of memory.. nowhere near enough to use the aero interface... you will need to upgrade your video card...
