    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
    Laptops can be a pain
The chipset driver should fix the usb issue
If no usb you'd have to put the drivers on a cd and see if that will work

It is unusual if the basic lan driver isn't installed though
But wireless wifi/ touchpad/ chipset or vga ... drivers would need to be manually installed.

There have been a few issues updating for clean installs
Reinstalled twice, but Windows still won't update

Download Drivers and Manuals | Acer Official Site

Use another computer to get the ethernet driver (though it configures automatically when ethernet cable is connected).
Then get the other drivers for your model.

    Hi,
See if using clean boot makes any difference
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

You can also try safe mode with networking,

    Clean install, no drivers installed

So yeah, there are no drivers installed after i install win7 from a windows 8.1 laptop . I already tried to install LAN realtek driver through using dvd because flashdrive cant be read but sadly when i tried it , it still dont work. Can i just clean install back to win10 then get those driver then just use setup of win7 from the iso files i have burnt in my flasgdrive? Is it possible that the drivers still work? I mean even just the ethernet.

You should do option one of this,

System Information File - Create in Windows

Upload the file it creates, if there are any drivers, we have a fighting chance finding them with that basic hardware info.
