    You are not a pain. We are here to help.
    Do you have one of these on your computer. It will look something like this.

    If not.
    The only solution I know of is buy Windows 7 from a reliable source. It will come with a Microsoft DVD and a proper activation code.

    Thanks I reckon thats what i will have to do. Waiting for US Computer Corp. to reply after i notified them about the situation. And no i dont have one of them tags.     turns out the corp i contacted is not affiliated with the business i used. So i mailed the business i used and will inform you of what they say
