    Constantly freezing

I installed driver version 362.00 and everything worked great. I played Dark Souls 3 for about an hour with 65% fan speed, after a 10 min break I played CS GO then the problem started to happen. Screen tear is present and my game freezes then recovers. The audio will also freeze in that frame. I uninstalled my nvidia drivers with DDU and clean installed the latest driver but the problem still persist.

If you're speaking to what you assume to be a service tech, you're right.
But you've left out about 90% of the information that any service tech is going to ask you.
So why not just tell us, without playing 20 Questions?

What computer? Laptop or Desktop? What motherboard? What CPU? What is the actual Video Card?
How much ram? What kind of case cooling are you using?

With so little info from you, my first guess would have to be some components heating up and failing.
But that's just a first guess.

Please fill in all the blanks, as forum etiquette would dictate.

    Hi,
All system spec's are listed and more than you show

As far as what the cause of the issue is :/
    Use TFC
Save to your desktop and run it as administrator
Start the scanner and exit when done
    Restart the machine
