Some USB ports are not working but works only on safe mode

Guys. I need help. so this is generally an update of my previous post (screw my previous post). So, again, I have 6 usb ports and 4 of it are not working. but they are working when i boot the pc on safe mode. so i guess this isn't hardware, right? ( i think those 4 non-functional ports are 3.0 usb ports and the working ones are 2.0 ports)

There is nothing to restore because i didn't have an update plus there's no history.

Tried system restore but the dates available are dates that i already got issues so it's a big no.

Maybe my nephew did something accidentally that caused this or I did? i don't want to argue. I already checked the device manager and there is no yellow flags anywhere. i'm running out of options. can someone please help? i'll be grateful. thanks ahead!! :):)

Thats coz W7 >>does not<< have USB3 drivers as part of the OS.
You will have to go to your Comps homepage (make/model) and download them.
Doubt if they will be available as i suspect this is a non--genuine install.

I don't get it. Those ports were actually functional last week. I'm using this pc for a year now. This port problems just popped yesterday. Anyways, thank you for sharing!! I'll still work into that.
