How to install DRIVERS of DELL OptiplexGX280 A08 in Windows 7 [HELP]

I have DELL OptiplexGX280 A08 running at Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit PC. I know how to install DRIVERS of winXP to win7ult of my DELL OptiplexGX280 A08. But I'm wondering, can I install other, latest, graphic drivers? For example the original driver of my PC is "Graphics Drivers for Intel® 82915G/82910GL Express Chipset Family". Can I install "Graphics Drivers for Intel® 82945G Express Chipset" ?? Thanks in advance! :)

Btw, I have a problem too. I can't find the driver for my Audio in my PC. I tried going to device manager to see it's HARDWARE ID but there's no "audio" related to that were shown in device manager. Also tried DXDIAG. Can someone help me? THANKS AGAIN IN ADVANCE :)

In ref to the video, you need the Graphics drivers for your specific hardware. Go to Intel | Data Center Solutions, IOT, and PC Innovation and install and run the auto updater. It will scan your PC and list any available Intel driver.

For the Sound, Dell does not support anything later than XP on this model, and you will need Dell drivers due to their proprietary hardware. The sound is Analog Devices ADI 198x Integrated Audio. Best suggestion I can give you for sound is to install a PCI sound card and use that.

so it means that I can't use a higher intel driver? I already downloaded the driver for my PC. I'll install it later.

I found a driver that is compatible for Optiplex Analog Devices ADI 198x Integrated HD Audio Driver Will it install? hmmm. I'll try this too later. I'm kinda busy right now. I'll update here ASAP. Btw, THANKS for your response :)

Whatever driver you found, obviously for a different model, may or may not work. Give it a try but no guarantees.
