    I have been unable to install this. 80070103 Unknown error
    How important is it and would there be any way to hide it if necessary?

    Go to Intel | Data Center Solutions, IOT, and PC Innovation Click on Support/Download Drivers and finally automatically find drivers. This will require installing a small Intel update utility. Run that and it will list any applicable Intel drivers for your PC.

    That is what I do for the Intel CPU/Video drivers for my i7 3770 CPU.
