    My mouse is gigabyte not razer, and I downloaded synapse.

    Hi Jake,
    Thats interesting.
    In that case can you
    turn OFF/disconnect your mouse, keyboard and any other USB connected devices

    Now please DELETE those 4 drivers
    right click >> UNinstall, it will more than likely ask you to confirm.

    REBOOT

    go back to device manager
    They should be gone

    Now turn on your keyboard mouse,
    Install the driver when requested.

    Whats showing now.
