1 min. Blackscreen between Windows Splashscreen and Login

    Hi,

first of all sorry for bad english, im not a native speaker.

When i boot my PC i get a 1 min. blackscreen with cursor between the Windows Splashscreen and the Login Screen.
When i look at the Windows Logs i see a Warning "Kernel-PnP" ID 219 (212) Fehler beim Laden des Treibers \Driver\WUDFRd für das Gerät {C5A047D8-CB5B-40E9-B9E3-316AB06B5A18}\WirelessKeyboardFilter\9&33b25bb&0&01.

The blackscreen is exact 1 min. and i think its because of a windows service trying to restart after one minute? I dont know which windows service belongs to the warning.

Or am i facing two different problems here?

How can i get rid off the blackscreen and this warning?

Hello and welcome egon first up once booted I would run these
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs – you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary
NB SFC best run for about three scans

i did scannow and checkdisk already but i did it again today 3 times as you said but no errors at all.

i can find the "WirelessKeyboardFilter" from the warning in device manager under keyboard -> wireless keyboard device filter. i already tried to update the driver but it is the newest and i already tried to use an old one and i tried to remove the device completely but didnt change anything.
i still got the warning "Kernel-PnP" ID 219 (212) Fehler beim Laden des Treibers \Driver\WUDFRd für das Gerät {C5A047D8-CB5B-40E9-B9E3-316AB06B5A18}\WirelessKeyboardFilter\9&33b25bb&0&01 and 1 min. blackscreen between windows splashscreen and login.

Ok mate get into safe mode and run these
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2 >
Current opinion is that the SFC should be run for at least three scans
if no go then get into the normal boot up and try these

SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
    Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium
    AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2 > in safe mode if need be
SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
    Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium
    AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans

Now you say you are running a Microsoft KB and from my experience with them I find you need to make sure the drivers are ok especially that model so check out this download
    https://www.microsoft.com/accessorie...-keyboard-3000

Failing this try another KB even a wired one and see what happens - personally I use a wired one on my main laptops and desktops as it avoids interference from other appliances ie microwave cordless phones which typically use 2.4Ghz as their frequency.

Scannow and diskcheck 3 times: no errors
Superantispyware: no threats (just a lot of tracking cookies but no serios threat)
Anit-malwarebytes: no malware (just one firefox addon which is unsecure)

Maybe i should have said, that im running bitdefender 2016 suite.
I think this already protects me against all malware/spyware stuff as you see.

The link to the microsoft driver is Mouse and Keyboard Center 2.3 but im already using Mouse and Keyboard Center 2.8.

The keyboard is not a new one, im using it for years now. The 1 min. blackscreen started not with a driver change to newer version or anything like that and i already tried an older driver but this doesnt change anything.

Hmm now this is a bit of a puzzle as the latest driver I could find for the KB was what I linked.
Have you tried another KB?? wired or wifi? and did you run that ADW Cleaner?

Those other scanners I linked I use a lot as they do pick up those adwares and other stuff my Kaspersky misses and they also do pick the nasties from time to time and if nothing else keeps the crap off your machine.

I didnt downloaded a KB for the mouse and keyboard center at all.
The mouse and keyboard center was first installed through windows update (optional update).
I think first time it was version 2.4 but i updates itself over the years untill now it shows 2.8 (version 2.8.106.0)
But you can also find it here, thats the one i think: https://www.microsoft.com/accessorie...yboard-center#

I didnt run ADWcleaner because i thought i should only use it when the other scanners found anything, but they didnt. (except the tracking cookies)
I did now, but i only found a unsecure firefox addon, same as the malwarebytes tool found.

I didnt try another kb because i dont know which one.

Ok i rebootet my pc and recognized the 1 min. blackscreen between splashscreen and login screen is gone.
I dont know why. All i did was deleting the tracking cookies found with the cleaner tools you posted.
But i still got the Kernel-PnP 219 warning in the logs.
I guess the two problems dont belong together.
    Nevermind.
All i wanted was to get rid off the 1 min. blackscreen, i dont care for the kernel-pnp warning because everything is fine as it is now.
    Thanks for the help.
