missing .dll file error after fresh install and updates

Hello, Ive been up for three days trying to get win 7 to work... I finally, have an install where ALL the updates installed. I had to attempt to check and install updates several times for it to work, and now that I got a message saying there are no more updates for windows, my origin and WD HD utilities wont work, as well as my evga prescicionx16...

So I get a warning stating that either msvcr120.dll and/or msvcp120.dll is missing and eithe the evga app or the origin or the wd utilities wont work...

I googled it, and searched here too, and downloaded a new copy of the isual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 from MS site. I first attempted to repair, and restarted but that didnt fix it, so I tried to repair again and restart and no fix. So i then uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it doesnt work. I uninstalled it again and reinstalled it again and it didnt fix the issue. Im stuck.

Seems I need to learn how to like linux cause windows is about to get murdered...

funny it seems after uninstalling all the updates in the remove programs... and reinstalling my apps, it all works. lol.

Im not sure why but there was both x86 and x64 for c++ 2010 and 2013 both respectively. Now that they are gone I figured Id install the apps, and if any c++ came with it, oh I uninstalled the Nvidia too, everything effected by the error... but Im installing all the apps so if they install the c++ again maybe it will work right? idk.
