It seems more like a hardware issue then drivers, I think if you have a look around on the net you will find the 8500 and 8600 cards seem to be pretty buggy and don't have a very good life expectancy, I had a 8600GT and it failed after about 6 months, time for an upgrade I reckon and I hate to say it but ATI have some really good cards these days.

Sorry I can't help with that as I still only buy Nvidia and currently own a GTX260 which has been going great for the last year, they have also become allot cheaper these days, (about $250 which is half the price I paid for mine) but I am sure there are thousands of other members here using ATI cards that could help you make a decision.

then zip or rar the files there. After, attach the zip or rar to a post and we can look at it to see what the cause(s) may be.
It does look like the 0x116 error. Either too much heat, wrong Vdimm and/or timings in bios for your specific RAM, or broken video card.
Before anything with the video at all, update this driver:

In my life, I have never seen a Windows 7 machine like this. EVERY single driver is from 2008 and older somehow (usually it's only a handful that need to be fixed.) I don't even know how that is possible.
So beyond any doubt, I advise a clean install of Windows 7.

Yeah sorry i forgot to tell you i installed windows vista to test if it has the same problem and it does. Okay im downloading windows 7 RC 7100 x64 and if i still get the same problem i'll send you again the minidumb files(if you still need them). I don't understand how to update "\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rtlh86.sys" ?
It's for the Realtek network adapter. Visit the motherboard's site for update for that.
