XP Pro/Vista Ultimate (64)/Windows 7 Ultimate Signature Edition(64)

This is the link to the W7 driver page for you model
And direct link to the product mentioned above:
HP 3D DriveGuard for the HP/Compaq 6735

It could also be HP ProtectTools Security Manager Suite
which appears to contain the driver for a fingerprint reader. If you installed W7 using a clean install method, I'd be inclined to not install the complete Suite as it also contains drive encryption protection products that could mess up W7.
post back if the first fix didn't work for you
