then its time to redo the SDI driver installer in post #13. Can't tell if you have run it yet. Then post msinfo32 as before. Also run windows update normally, see if that works

It just says device requires a driver but it wasn't found in driverpacks, and it doesn't let me do anything

Is there a way to download the ISO from Microsoft even though it tells me my product key is for pre-installed software for the manufacturer?

what driver? if you post more details we can help you more. msinfo32 will show you what drivers you need.

The problem still is that my version of Windows is too old. As I said earlier, it wasn't possible to install the update

what you weren't able to install earlier was the consolidated bulk update. You need to get windows updated somehow. Try running windows update the normal way. If it does not work, try these steps..

Following post #7 it appears you ran into issues with asus live update yet never did the second half of the post, which is to install the drivers individually. If you did that part, you never said so.

Following post #21 it appears you ran into issues with SDI installer yet never did the second half of the post, which is to post msino32 problem device info again

When several things are suggested you really need to try every single one of them, and then also give DETAILED feedback as to what was the result for every single one of them. Just saying - "nope, can't do anything" does not lead anywhere

Yeah, I'm sorry. I'm really, really frustrated over this.
Could you please make a post about the things I should try now? And tell me if I should post any logs or anything.

Sorry, not trying to sound rude or anything
