    Are drivers integrated in dell os images?


    Hi, Are required OEM drivers, softwares & OEM key integrated in the model-respective OS images offered by Dell on their site?

    If you are referring to the Dell OEM OS images, the answer is a qualified no. The Dell OEM OS is pre-activated (at least was on Win 7 OS) but otherwise is the same as the Windows OS from Microsoft. The "disc image" to do a factory restore/reinstall does contain everything that was included with the PC as it was from the factory.

    Thanks for the info, would the ISO be Windows 7 released in 2009, or SP1 integrated iso released in 2011?

    Hi,
    I'd imagine it would depend on when you bought the machine whether it had sp1 on it or not
    Look up the snid on dell website it should tell you everything the machine was sold with.
