Windows 7: Print Driver host for 32bit applications has stopped working...

Print Driver host for 32bit applications has stopped working...

I am the print administrator supporting a health care company. So I am at a cross roads with this error. I am dealing with an end user who is having this issue randomly when she attempts to print stuff. We work with an environment where we utilize network printers through a print server running 2008 R2. This is an isolated error specific to one end user. We use Xerox printers in the environment(models 5845, 5945, 5955, and 7835). The server is updated regularly by our Server Administrators. The printers are on all up to date with the latest firmware.

From what I can tell, it's a random happening. Not anyone particular print job or document doing it. Everything I look up on this comes up stating it needs to have the network printer hooked up directly to computer which is not how this environment works. The printers are all installed through the print server.

Does anyone have ANY information that might be more recent that might be helpful with this issue???
