    Officejet J4580 driver install failure Windows 7


    I'm trying to install the driver from HP for the Officejet J4580 and I get a message that "This Computer does not have the necessary USB software support to all completion of a USB installation." I have USB items installed and currently running. I use Windows 7. It's a new dell laptop Precision 7510 64 bit 32 gb ram. Any help? HP says they don't support this printer any longer, but had the driver on their support website.

    Try the Vista driver. If that doesn't work, try the 8, then the 8.1 driver.
