    Not working my bluetooth device


    Dear Sir,

    I am unable to detect my bluetooth device in my Laptop, which one Windows 7 OS, Dell inspiron 1525.

    So, Pls help me ASAP.

    Had it happened years ago, turned out the USB headphones were 6 years newer than the BT dongle I had on my PC.
