    Logitech MK700

I've had the Logitech MK700 combo product for some time now & both the keyboard & mouse have always worked w/o problems, I am very happy w/this combo.
I decided to install SetPoint v6.65.62 to check out what different settings I can configure & I am wondering why there are 2 processes running for SetPoint.
    1. Logitech KHAL Main Process
    2. Logitech SetPoint Event Manager (UNICODE)

Anyone know why we need 2 processes running?

You could always kill one of them in Task Manager and see if that causes any problems. Then reboot, and kill the other one via Task Manager, to see if that causes any problems. Finally, try killing both of them, to see if that causes any problems.

Everything may work very well with only one process running, or even with neither process running. You may not need any of the extra functionality provided by these services.
