Hey guys! I have been searching for the past few hours and havn't been able to find anything on this so I'm hoping you can help.

Before I get into all the driver details let me give you what I have done so far. These headphone WILL connect to my galaxy S7 with no issues. When I try and connect to my computer it tries to install 4 drivers and they all fail. I tried to go to the manufacturer's website but it seems there is no drivers from them for it.
I then tried a driverscanner program to see if that would do the trick and it says the drivers are good even though there is no driver.... I also couldn't get these to connect to my steam link also. So I was able to at least prove it's not just the computer. Now time for the details! Also the bluetooth I am using is an usb.

I have found Bluetooth to be iffy on desktop computers. If you have a dongle and headphones that you purchased as a set, then you're likely to have more success. But short of that, you're likely to have problems.

I HAVE DONE IT! So I went through all the paper work I got with the bluetooth usb and went to it's website and found a driver that got me 3 out of the 4 drivers installed. I got both audio and mic working now! The one issue I see now is that when it goes to mic it seems to lose a lot of its sound quality.. Anyone got any ideas on that?

Anyway it seems it was a windows issue! I will post the url where I was able to get the install for the drivers. It seems it was an issue with LE mode for bluetooth.
