5 missing Drivers that wont update

I am having an over heating issues and the BSOD so I am trying to update my drivers, I used driver booster pro and it says no drivers outdated but when i use driver easy free it says 5 drivers are out dated. I download them and try to update them manually and for the 2 audio it says they are updated but they arent and the synaptics touchpad gives me an error saying the "file cannot be specified". I cannot locate the drivers on their website and the validity updates but when I rescan for updates it never updated )I have a finger print scanner that stopped working) and the family controller is the same way when I try to select the newest version its not shown.

for the amd drivers i went to the site and it says the catalyst would fix the drivers and I have to say I hate that software its far too buggy and it doesnt even update them.

I made sure all windows updates are done,

the drivers I need help with are

AMD High definition Audio Device V 7.12.0.7723
AMD High Definition Audio Bus v 9.011.0.0000
Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller V 7.121.0815.2018
Synaptics PS/2 Port Touchpad V 19.5.10.69
Validity Sensors (WBF) (PID=0018) V 4.4.232.00

I also checked the HP site but their driver downloads are so old.

I would prefer to use a software to update these because its so simple, so if anyone can recommend a different one that actually works I am all up for it. thanks in advance for anyone that can help.

One, I don't use third party software or windows update to update drivers. It's best to use the manufacturer's website. Two, although drivers might cause blue screens they don't likely cause overheating. We need to know more about your computer and more about the blue screens.

HP Pavilion dv6-1149wm Entertainment Notebook PC (all the other info is on my profile.)

Full disclosure I bought the laptop in 2011 from Best Buy the hard drive has been replaced 2 times a few years after i got it and again a couple of months ago. They reloaded the software then and when I got it back it started over heating.

I had to take it in again because the fan died, so I had that repaired and still over heating.

I took it back in again and they checked the hard drive and fan and then I started getting the blue screen when I got it back the first time. They told me the BSOD was because of the over heating. I really dont want to take it back in but when I was doing a windows update my laptop had a power failure and now I have no background its just a black screen and all my files can be viewed by the medium setting. the files play still. I did a lot of research and it needs to be reloaded again, (this will be the 3rd time in a few months.)

I am trying to solve the over heating and I have a friend who used to work on computers and he suggested to go to hp and test the battery, i downloaded their utility and it shows it was fine. This is a replacement battery, i had to have the adapter replaced due to recall. he suggested to use the laptop with no battery and run it off the power pack. i did for a few hours. Still over heats. I know when I run vlc it gets really hot and shuts down. so I really cant watch videos. I know it needs to be reloaded but I got help and suggestions of the over heating and they said to make sure all drives are up to date and the windows updates are good. still having issues about the drivers. Win update updated the video cards but I still have 3 drivers that wont update. I have tried to go to the website for the products and its not helping.

I was even told to remove the software im not using. which I have done

I cannot do a system restore bc ccleaner deleted them and i removed the software

I have tried running sfc and it says there are errors that cannot be fixed. (researched and another reload)

Memory after a few tries was fine.

Chkdsk failed and says there was an error and I cannot get it to finish.

I dont have recovery discs and never made them but it wont allow me to make them either I tried a while back when everything was working perfectly.

Another issue I have is my laptop has a finger print scanner and it stopped working a year ago. I had it fixed once but then they reloaded the software and now it wont work. I tried to delete the drivers and reinstall and no luck> i guess I can live with that.

The videos no matter what video player i use videos take forever to play it can be 2-5 minutes.

if its the video card it cannot be replaced the whole mother board would have to be. I dont want to put anymore money into this. I have probably but $350 in it this last couple of months. I need a new one I love the 7 but I will make due on the 10 and just learn it. my mom has one i borrow at times.

as for the BSOD its always the same ones. Who crashed gave me the last 2 reports.

This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

It has had a lot more crashes before this but this is all it saves. its very slow at times especailly booting and lags a lot.

In conclusion I know that the software has to be reloaded again I just want to figure out the over heating because thats a nuisance, and where i go says it never happens to them nor the BSOD. I dont think they use it very long for the issues to replicate itself. I really am afraid to take it anywhere else because I have the MS office on here and I cannot lost it, and I cant reinstall it because I ran out of the number of computers. I move my personal files weekly so i dont lose them. I really hope someone can help me and im sorry about the book. me and this laptop have been through a lot in the years.

I attached the zip file

You'll need to open up the laptop and clean it out. Make sure that it is clean inside especially the fans. If you aren't comfortable with that you'll either need to ask your friend or take it to a shop.

Also install this and let it look at your temps. It sounds like who ever cleaned and replaced the fan did not also replace the TIM on the heatsink. HWiNFO - Download

You appear to have Microsoft Security Essentials installed and running. Your profile says that you have Avira installed?
do NOT attempt to run 2 AVs at the same time - they will conflict, and cause untold problems - uninstall either Avira, or MSE, then see how the system behaves.
