but in 2021 I still not see the Drivers adapted for the Rivet Killer Wireless-AC 1550 and Bluetooth function in Windows 7.
Rivet Killer networking products are now owned by Intel
original vendor never really produced a Win7 driver for Killer Wireless-AC 1550 so I don't expect any drivers (whether modded or non-modded) to be made anytime soon that will make it work under Win7. guess the Wireless-AC 1550 device was meant only for Win10

    @Cris85,
    Greets,
It's nice hearing from you. I am doing well & hope the same for you.
As for Drivers for your Wireless & Bluetooth, there is no progress. Though I have raised it on several driver related forums like Station drivers, Winraid, etc. forums, there are no useful responses so far.
    Let's hope for the best!
    Thanks. ...

Hey, nice to hear you @Vineet Garg excuse me for th late reply but I saw just then. I still always with the wish abou it, becaus I saw that in Linux the people made to let it work and I was curious if in some way was possible to do it for Win 7 as well.... I wish reallly that in some way can come out some great news on it , keep in touch

Yes it's only for Win10 but for my "luck"it's the first generation of WiFi board that it's exclusively for Win10, but example in Linux one User let it work and Rivet promote undirectly his driver for let works them product under Linux OS (incredible but true). So I was wish that maybe with the time and some other company/user find the way, because if I don't mistake Dell sold the laptops with those drivers also for Windows 7, but it's exclusively for Dell product; take my words with some "precaution" because i write this with some unclear memory on that.....

I'm writhing from Linux/Ubuntu and I can confirm that for the Wireless it's using and listed out the following driver for Wifi & Bluetooth (so it doesn't use the some custom Rivet Killer driver but it's using the Intel one) :

    Code:
    Network controller [0280]: Intel Corporation Wireless-AC 9260 [8086:2526] (rev 29)
    	Subsystem: Rivet Networks Wireless-AC 9260 [1a56:1550]
    	Kernel driver in use: iwlwifi

Hi George, thank you for reading my entire post here.

Well, you've got a really nice and performing notebook, well done my friend.
Luckily, I had set with Seven Forum, that every new post here it will sends me an email in my inbox and occasionally I saw that you wrote me here.

In my notebook I have now installed 4 operating systems, of which I use all 4 for different reasons, I have installed:
    Windows 7
    Windows 10
    Windows 11
    Ubuntu / Linux

What can I say, if you want to install Windows 7, I recommend it, even if the support it is closed from Microsoft, because it is generally a lighter operating system than the new Windows, and from my simple tests I noticed that Windows 7 has slightly better performance.
Then, I also recommend it, because sometimes (if you are a person who "fiddles with" a lot of software) it might be useful to use it for compatibility with old software or games.
To make it work you need to prepare your Windows 7 Custom ISO.
We are lucky because the CPU / Motherboard model you have (it's the same as mine) is the last of the series that supports Windows 7 unofficially, but with custom drivers (at least the USB ports).
So, for my part I found all the official drivers and also all the software compatible with Windows 7, especially the MSI Center software for managing the fans etc ....
The only thing that it won't work for you is the Wifi / Bluetooth card hardware, but everything else will work for you, from the Chipset, Tunderbolt port, to the RGB keyboard, the Ethernet connection, and above all to the USB ports (with custom drivers).
The thing that was most important to me, that someone made special drivers for the USB ports. So if you want to install it, I have found all the solutions and if you want I can help you (memory permitting, because it's been a while since then).
For bluetooth and Wifi, I don't really need because I use my Notebook as a Desktop replacement, but if I really want to play some video game or connect anything Bluetooth or connect with Wifi, to solve this I found the solution, by buying a USB pendrive that will do the WIfi and Bluetooth together. Anyway, I'm here always with the hope that one day someone will be able to customize the drivers of the laptop's Wifi / Bluethooth hardware card.

Anyhow, I never will be tired to say Thanks to @Vineet Garg for the help in the past, which was the key for me to be able to face many difficulties together...

I can imagine your disappointment, but also try to think that you are very lucky that Windows 7 runs on such a new and powerful machine. If you take current notebooks, I think you can't even dream of installing Windows 7, because there are no motherboard chipset drivers (and not to mention all the other components).

Lately what I have noticed, for new operating systems, is that Intel since buying Rivet Networks it starts to modifying the Rivet drivers based on their Intel classic hardware series drivers, it almost seems that they wants more and more to unify drivers between Rivet and Intel Wifi (so my wish it's that someone can look into the newer drivers for new OS, and to understand how let to adapt the Wifi/Bluetooth hardware card for Windows 7).

For all the drivers I have collected over time, later I will search for them and attach them here. Now I will not be in front of the PC, because I have to go around but read the post via the smartphone ....

One thing I did not understand well, so were you able to install Windows 7 in your notebook?

If YES, just are you missing some drivers (except Wifi / Bluetooth card)?

And where did you install it, in an Nvme or SATA SSD?

Do you need to know about the BIOS configurations I have done?

    Ok.....

I'm back, my MSI Titan has 2 in SLI 1070 and for your model with 2080 mobile, Nvidia with no reason seems cut off the support for Windows 7 but keep the support for the Desktop version of your card ....
So, if it's interesting , I found some custom way for the notebook Clevo, and try to understand if you rmodel it's with 2080Max-Q or the normal 2080 for Notebook, here it's the solution of it:

Notebook RTX 2080 Clevo driver mod for Windows 7/8.1 - nVidia - Tech|Inferno Forums

    Let me know....
