Ok, I prepared all the drivers and softwares....
Should be everything, if missing something just let me know, because at that time I have got other bunch of drivers and softwares to test and I have many things in my backup folder.
this it's the link: WeTransfer - Send Large Files & Share Photos Online - Up to 2GB Free
Inside of all the folders, you will find one folder for the Controllers / Drivers of AHCI-RAID-NVMe , if you have already installed it, you no need to install the drivers into this folder (I already wrote it)
I have included also the wufuc software for take out the Windows 7 pop-up messagge to upgrade the system and I have included two Windows 7 upgrades , important to work well with NVMe...
So, again, I included all of them except the Nvidia card and the Wifi/Bluetooth drivers....let me know if anything....
Soon I will post you the Bios settings for Windows 7, some BSod could be also because of the BIOS settings...

Bios Settings to let work also Windows 7 under UEFI BIOS:
1
2
3
4
Remember to let Windows 7 to work well With BIOS EFi mode you must to install Windows 7 in the NVMe/SSD formatted as GPT and NOT MBR as usual.
This give you the advance to don't let you enter everytime into the BIOS to switch Option between Legacy/CSM/EFI settings just in case if you want run different OS (like Windows 11 and Windows 7 installed in dual boot).
PS: The performace that you mentioned here "...win10 5240 win7 5000 but its ok...." for 240 differences, sometimes could be the differences as the individual Benchmark test....or even in Windows 10 if you try for more than 2/3/4/5 times , you will not get the same result; but as especially if you have the Fans that doesn't keep the temperature down you will lose some point. So, first be sure that the notebook it's in the same cooling condition and than repeat the tests....
