Dell E6410 can't install drivers..... on clean windows 7 install

I bought 2 Dell E6410s for a good price. One has a stable, more or less clean Windows 7 install. Only thing different is it says Dell in sys info screen, and a couple dell programs. I may leave that as is.

The other one needed new Win install. I installed Win7 SP1, When I try to install a few Dell drivers I get an error, I have found that it only errors on drivers that it shows at "unknown publisher", even though if I run them on the other Dell, it sees them as certified Dell....

I may have 2 different issues, it shouldn't crash with unverified drivers.... I get this message when installing the drivers. "The procedure entry point AddDllDirectory could not be located...."

Additionally, I have the exact same driver file, 1 downloaded yesterday, and 1 download today. The one downloaded yesterday, it sees as verified Dell, the other it does not. Luckily it is the wifi driver, so i could get it online. No error as long as it sees it as verified Dell....

    This is just really strange....

I was trying to install drivers before updating. I am now updating and hoping that after W7 fully updates, it will be able to recognize Dell as the publisher.

Once I update software, all was fine. Should have waited before posting this....
