Install a driver for your network adapter???

Hi folks. I have installed Windows 7 many times and never saw this message so I am coming to you for help.
This a a self-made computer that has been working fine for several years and has always been on wireless.
The SSD died so I replaced it and decided to install Windows 7 and use a network cable.
Problem is I can't do anything because of the message in the thread title.
Hope some of you can help me.
    Thanks

your motherboard drivers download page is here
Support For P67A-GD55 | Motherboard - The world leader in motherboard design | MSI Global

LAN driver from that page is here
    http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/real...ielan_7_mb.zip

you may need to do the LAN driver download from a different computer, one that has the internet, then put the driver onto a usb flash drive to move it over to your computer

you may also need to download chipset or audio or other drivers from the motherboard page

after doing so, do start > run > msinfo32 (then press enter) > components > problem devices. If its blank, all your drivers are good. If anything is listed there, that's the device(s) that still need drivers

Thank you soooo much for the help.
My actual mother board is not the one shown here but I have An ASRock B-74M-GL R2.0 on 3 other computers.

Last Monday I got home from 4 months of hospitalization and my mind is not working well. Even though I had a guru helping me neither of us thought of installing the motherboard software.

I got Internet access as soon as installing the driver.

All I can say is DUH.

Many thanks. The help was very much appreciated.
