Wireless lan driver disappearing bug.

    Click on the link above after =>, save it to the desktop, double-click it to run it, upload the file, delete the .bat off of the deskop.

    The .bat file didn't make any .txt file on my desktop even tought it is saying that it did.

    That's OK.

    It means that there wasn't any problem devices found [I have got to add some script to the file to give that message but I haven't got round to it yet]!

    Oh okay, now what do i do? Nothing seem to work. And i still don't know what is the reason for it to just die like that.

    Hi Suco,

    W7 is quite smart if it finds a device it will try and find a driver for it.

    I have a sneaky feeling either the wifi card is on its way out or one/both of the connectors is loose or detached.

    Open up the lappy and check its totally pushed in and the 2 snappers attached.
    (they are usually pretty easy to find/replace- generally they are open to view once the rear cover has been removed)
