Unknown device under Universal serial bus controller in device manager

Since 1 week I am bearing with a nagging issue: " Unknown device under Universal serial bus controller in device manager" with a yellow triangle. I performed these steps:-
    1. Tried Updation via on line search but showing "the best driver is already installed".
    2. Tried Updation via " Browse My Computer for driver software but showing Code:43 error"
    3. Tried uninstalling but with every restart it automatically came back with a notification" Device Driver Software is not successfully installed"
    4. At last I went for formatting my laptop hp "dv4-2106tx" but the problem is still there.
    5. I also tweaked battery power option advanced settings but no result.
    6. Windows updation could not resolve this issue.
I need to get rid of this nagging issue. If any body want to have a remote access then i am also ready.

Please goto My => BATCH PROGRAMS [Standalone] and download and run the Problem_Devices.bat under the msinfo32 [MS System Information] - Problem Devices . . . section. It will contain the description of the problem device[s] and the error code with the reason why it is a problem.

The batch script extracts this information to a .txt [text] file on the desktop ready to upload to the forum for us to look at!

    I hope this helps!
