    Install Windows 7 on Dell Optiplex 3060


    I am attempting to install Windows 7 on a Dell OptiPlex 3060 and am running into driver issues with video and ethernet

    The dell website no longer provides any Windows 7 drivers and after searching online I am as yet unable to find any driver packages fro the 3060 model.

    Might anyone be able to point me to the Windows 7 capable drivers for this model?

    What is the exact 7-character "service tag" number on your Dell OptiPlex 3060?

    Are you its original owner, and does it have all of its original hardware?

I bought recently a re-furbished Dell Optiplex 760. I installed an SSD for the boot drive and tried to install Windows 7 Pro 64-bit (the OEM CD). The install ran smoothly up to a certain point and then did nothing. I repeated the installation with the 32-bit version and this completed successfully....
Hi please help i have got a dell OptiPlex 755 (discontinued model) i boot up that takes a bit longer than normal then it goes to the windows 7 logo twirly thing it pauses half way through a flash of blue screen (too short to get a code) then it restarts i can then go to the option to start up...

Hey guys! Is it possible to install Windows 7 on this machine? My dad found a Optiplex GX280 lying around somewhere. He brought it back home and I was pretty impressed by it's specs. Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (Build 2600) Memory (RAM) 503 MB Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz
