    C: Drive and cant use my admin account


    I cant access my files in my c drive and cant access my admin account to get ownership. For example when I try to get some files out of my c drive it wont let me. Someone messed with my settings and not sure what they did wrong to fix it. For starters when I go to search from start my search is off and when I try to turn it on the screen does a freeze then later it says access denied. In the start panel under my PC\C:\ Drive there is usually a tab with user names right under it and its gone. No one has permissions and when I look who has owner of C drive unable to display I am the admin above everyone else and on every account on the computer I cant access anything that has the blue and yellow shield. I have tried everything I could think of and went as far as safe mode to restore to command and everything tells me access denied. I heard GREGROCKER can help me with this situation I am having but if anyone knows what I need help with please feel free to HELPPPPPPPP.
