    Where does it come from? Did someone cobble it together?

    Hi joeyc100

    Explain please, cobble it together? Just answered my own question.
    @SIW2
    That is USB3.0 driver support which are all located in the footer of his posts.
    He supplies the drivers and others NVME support.

    For instance, the UHD620/630 drivers that have been used by myself and others started out as earlier generation cpu graphics drivers and had statements added to the .inf file which allowed them to work with later generation cpu graphics. But 3 or 4 years ago many claimed that the 6th generation was a graphics driver limitation for Windows 7. Someone "cobbled" the driver to the 10th generation. The same is true about the USB3 driver; the limit of 8th generation was overcome, allowing a 10th generation install. I would like to know what the modifications were that extended the driver. Are there simple declarations added to the .inf file(s), or is it more complex that that?
